Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Sales Operations Manager to join our growing team at Anchorage Digital. This key role will oversee the optimization of our sales processes, data systems, and compensation structures to drive our sales performance. You will collaborate closely with the Revenue team, ensuring smooth integration between sales tools and business operations. The ideal candidate will be highly analytical, have deep experience with CRMs (specifically Salesforce), and possess a strong ability to design and optimize sales compensation programs within a rapidly evolving crypto environment.
What You’ll Do:
- Optimize Sales Operations: Manage and streamline sales operations processes to maximize sales team efficiency, supporting both cryptocurrency and blockchain products and services.
- Data-Driven Decisions: Leverage Salesforce and other internal tools to analyze large sets of sales data, creating actionable insights to inform strategic decisions for the leadership team.
- Sales Performance Reporting: Develop and maintain dashboards and reports that track sales performance, pipeline health, and other key crypto metrics such as DeFi platform performance, NFT trends, and blockchain adoption.
- Compensation Design: Design and optimize sales compensation plans, including commission structures and payout calculations, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
- Scale Operations: Manage initiatives that scale sales operations effectively as Anchorage Digital grows, ensuring that our systems and processes remain efficient, adaptable, and scalable in a Web3 context.
- Cross-Team Collaboration: Ensure seamless communication with teams across Finance, HR, and Sales to align on compensation policies, sales goals, and revenue targets.
- Process Improvement: Identify bottlenecks or inefficiencies in existing systems and processes, implementing solutions to improve the sales lifecycle and empower our team to exceed sales targets.
What You’ll Bring:
- Sales Operations Experience: 10+ years in sales operations, business operations, or a related field, with a strong focus on Salesforce and data analytics in a crypto or blockchain environment.
- Sales Compensation Expertise: Proven experience designing sales compensation plans, including calculating commissions and payouts in a rapidly changing crypto market.
- Analytical Skills: Expertise in leveraging CRMs and data systems to track and analyze sales performance, supporting decisions for digital asset sales teams.
- Leadership: Strong leadership skills with experience managing a Sales Operations team, aligning efforts to drive success in crypto and blockchain technology sales.
- Excellent Communication: Ability to articulate complex data, insights, and strategies clearly to executives and senior leadership, influencing business decisions and strategy in the crypto industry.
