Role Overview:

Lead the development of advanced AI systems by applying deep mathematical modeling and machine learning techniques. This role focuses on architecting and deploying agentic AI solutions, fine-tuning LLMs, and integrating cutting-edge AI into customer-facing products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and deploy scalable ML pipelines and experimentation frameworks
• Fine-tune and operationalize foundation models (LLMs, transformers, generative AI)
• Develop prompt engineering workflows and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems
• Collaborate across R&D, product, and engineering teams to bring AI innovations to production
• Lead experimentation, benchmarking, and technical publication efforts
• Mentor junior scientists and contribute to thought leadership in AI/ML

Requirements:

• Bachelor's in CS, Mathematics, Statistics, or related field (Master’s/PhD in AI or Computational Neuroscience preferred)
• 5+ years of experience in applied data science and model deployment at scale
• Proficient in Python (NumPy, pandas, PyTorch/TensorFlow); strong coding in Java or C++
• Hands-on experience with LLMs, transformers, generative AI architectures
• Expertise in prompt engineering, RAG systems, and ML operations
• Strong communication skills and experience presenting to varied stakeholders
