Role Overview:

As a Senior Data Analyst with a focus on AI-driven projects, you will lead the development of analytical models, data systems, and visualizations that support compliance and business efficiency across Binance's global operations. This role is both hands-on and strategic, bridging analytics, engineering, and regulatory functions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor high-performing multidisciplinary data teams
• Build complex analytical models and visualizations for compliance and operational insight
• Handle and interpret PB-scale datasets using SQL, R, Python, and other big data tools
• Collaborate with compliance teams to identify and prioritize AI-based use cases
• Support cross-functional stakeholders and translate their needs into analytical projects
• Deliver data-driven recommendations via dashboards and visual storytelling
• Improve work efficiency through data system automation and insights
• Ensure regulatory and compliance data needs are fully supported

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in data analytics or engineering roles
• Degree in a quantitative or engineering field
• Expertise in SQL, Python, or R
• Proficiency with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, Qlik, etc.)
• Familiar with big data tools like Hadoop, Redshift, Spark, Hive, Presto
• Strong business acumen and the ability to translate data into actionable insight
• Experience working with cross-functional teams
• Background in financial or regulatory data analysis is a plus
• Experience with AI-related projects is a strong plus
