Position: Senior Insight Data Analyst

Location: Remote (Boston, MA or Hybrid)

Level: Mid-Senior

Compensation: $90K–$110K annually + benefits

Role Overview:

Work with major enterprise clients across industries to transform large-scale observability and user experience data into actionable business insights. Serve as a strategic advisor, blending technical expertise and executive communication to improve digital performance and drive business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze user engagement and site performance data using Dynatrace tools
• Translate technical performance data into strategic business recommendations
• Manage relationships and account strategy for 4–8 enterprise clients
• Deliver executive-level reporting and digital experience strategies
• Customize dashboards, reporting, and training to enhance client enablement
• Act as the client's internal advocate for product feedback and roadmap input

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s in Marketing, Statistics, Economics, or other quantitative field
• 3–5 years’ experience in data analysis with strong communication skills
• Experience with RUM, session replay, and web/mobile performance tools
• Skilled in SQL, Excel, Tableau, Google Analytics, and similar tools
• Familiarity with HTML, JS, CSS, networking, and cloud infrastructure
• Strong client-facing presence with the ability to influence stakeholders
• Experience applying AI tools to data workflows is a plus
• Occasional travel (minimum once annually; client-based as needed)
