Position: Senior Manager, Performance Analytics & Insights
Location: 3 Locations (Hybrid)
Level: Senior
Salary Range: $121,000 – $201,000 annually + bonus + LTI

Role Overview:
As a Senior Manager in Commercial Performance Analytics & Insights at Pfizer, you will lead strategic analytics initiatives that support commercial performance tracking, brand strategy, omnichannel marketing effectiveness, and executive-level insights. This role is highly cross-functional, requiring a blend of technical expertise, business acumen, stakeholder engagement, and leadership.
You will play a key role in transforming data into actionable insights that impact decisions across Pfizer’s commercial organization.
Key Responsibilities:
Commercial Analytics & Insights
- Build and standardize performance analytics capabilities across Pfizer’s commercial units.
- Develop in-house data infrastructures to extract insights from patient and HCP data.
- Conduct deep-dive analyses on product performance, marketing effectiveness, and engagement outcomes.
- Translate data into strategic recommendations and present insights to executive stakeholders.
Collaboration & Strategy
- Partner with business teams, the Chief Marketing Office, and global analytics teams to align on performance metrics and KPIs.
- Collaborate across analytical functions (data science, RWD, marketing analytics, etc.) to integrate new data sources and methodologies.
- Drive consistent adoption of best practices in commercial analytics, reporting, and visualization.
Operational & Technical Excellence
- Connect diverse datasets and tell cohesive data-driven stories using advanced analytics and visualization tools.
- Support the development of automated pipelines and scalable dashboards using tools like Power BI, Tableau, Python, SQL, Alteryx, and Snowflake.
- Lead or contribute to strategic projects, optimizing data pipelines and ensuring high-quality outputs.
Required Qualifications:
- Education:
- Bachelor’s in Computer Science, Engineering, Economics, Statistics, or related field. Master’s preferred.
- Experience:
- 6+ years in biopharma, healthcare analytics, consulting, or commercial data science.
- Experience working in cross-functional commercial or marketing analytics teams.
- Demonstrated ability to drive business impact using data storytelling and advanced analytics.
- Technical Skills:
- Strong hands-on expertise with SQL, Python, R, or other scripting languages.
- Proficiency with dashboarding tools: Tableau, Power BI, Qlik, etc.
- Experience with data warehousing (Snowflake, GCP, RDBMS) and ETL tools.
- Familiarity with tools like Jira, Confluence, and Agile project environments.
- Soft Skills:
- Strong project management and stakeholder communication skills.
- Ability to influence without authority across departments.
- Capable of simplifying complex data into actionable business recommendations.

Compensation & Benefits:
- Base Salary: $120,800 – $201,400 (U.S. range)
- Performance Bonus: Target 17.5%
- LTI Eligibility: Yes
