Role Summary

As a Senior NetSuite Business Systems Analyst, you will lead cross-functional financial systems projects focused on NetSuite and other financial applications. You’ll be responsible for system design, process optimization, stakeholder engagement, and delivery of scalable solutions across core finance operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead projects across NetSuite, Zip, Salesforce, Navan, and Adaptive systems
• Perform system administration tasks for NetSuite and Zip
• Design and implement solutions across Order to Cash, Record to Report, and Procure to Pay
• Gather and document business requirements, create design documentation, and write test plans
• Partner with stakeholders to drive SOX compliance processes
• Manage external vendors and consultants for implementation and enhancements
• Identify opportunities to automate and streamline finance and accounting operations
• Lead and support teams in solution delivery and ongoing system support

Qualifications

• 10+ years of IT experience in full software development lifecycle
• 6+ years leading NetSuite projects, including dashboards, saved searches, SuiteFlow (SuiteScript is a plus)
• Hands-on expertise in NetSuite processes (Order to Cash, Record to Report, Procure to Pay)
• Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and project delivery skills
• Deep understanding of accounting principles and business process optimization
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, execution-focused environment
