Job Overview:

Turner & Townsend is hiring a Senior Construction Scheduler to support a large-scale data center construction program for a leading technology client. The ideal candidate will have extensive scheduling experience in mission-critical environments, including new-builds and retrofit projects. This role involves collaborating with stakeholders, developing detailed construction schedules, and ensuring seamless project execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain construction schedules using Primavera P6 and Tableau in a multi-project environment.
• Work closely with project managers, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure schedule integrity.
• Implement project planning & scheduling strategies, ensuring compliance with client expectations.
• Monitor project progress, risks, and safety standards to mitigate potential delays.
• Conduct critical path analysis and schedule risk assessments.
• Prepare progress reports, including 1, 3, and 6-month lookaheads.
• Analyze deviations from the project baseline schedule and recommend corrective actions.
• Convert data into Tableau reports and visual representations for effective communication.
• Ensure coordination between vendors, suppliers, and contractors to maintain schedule accuracy.
• Perform probabilistic analysis on integrated and contractor schedules.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Extensive experience in scheduling large-scale construction projects, preferably in mission-critical environments (e.g., data centers).
• Proficiency in Primavera P6 and Tableau for scheduling and data visualization.
• Strong knowledge of construction sequencing, best practices, and system start-up dependencies.
• Experience in project controls, reporting, and schedule risk analysis.
• Ability to work independently and proactively identify scheduling issues.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills for stakeholder engagement.
• PSP certification (Planning & Scheduling Professional) by AACE is beneficial.
• EIT certification (Engineer-in-Training) is preferred.
