Role Overview:
The Senior Talent Partner will lead region-specific learning and development programs while supporting broader talent initiatives across EMEA. This role partners closely with HR, business leaders, and global L&D teams to deliver high-impact learning strategies that align with local regulations and organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage local learning programs across EMEA, including compliance and regulatory training
- Collaborate with HR and business leaders to assess needs and implement targeted learning strategies
- Facilitate leadership, technical, and behavioral training sessions
- Support engagement, change management, and development initiatives
- Drive content creation, instructional design, and digital learning solutions
- Analyze learning data, create dashboards, and provide actionable insights
- Manage vendor relationships and ensure quality delivery of L&D services
- Contribute to global learning projects and cross-functional initiatives
Required Qualifications:
- Proven experience in Learning & Development, Talent, or HR Business Partnership roles
- Strong facilitation and instructional design skills
- Proficient in digital learning tools (e.g. LMS, Camtasia, Articulate Rise)
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and program delivery capabilities
- Excellent English language proficiency
- Experience working in multicultural, fast-paced environments
- Skilled in MS Office and data analysis tools
