Role Summary
The Senior Talent Partner will design and manage regional learning and development strategies, facilitate learning programs, and partner with HR and business leaders to drive capability building. The role supports both region-specific compliance learning and broader global talent initiatives such as engagement, change management, and development planning.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and implement learning initiatives across regions, ensuring alignment with local laws and compliance requirements
- Partner with HR and business units to assess training needs and execute strategic learning plans
- Facilitate in-person and virtual sessions on leadership, behavioral, and technical topics
- Contribute to regional engagement and change management efforts
- Leverage data, analytics, and dashboards to assess impact and inform future learning strategies
- Design content and manage instructional tools and LMS platforms
- Collaborate with global L&D, manage vendor relationships, and contribute to global projects
- Promote cost-effective, innovative approaches to learning and talent development
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in Learning & Development, Talent Management, or HR Business Partnership
- Strong facilitation and communication skills
- Solid understanding of instructional design, learning platforms, and tools such as Camtasia or Articulate Rise
- Skilled in stakeholder engagement and collaboration across functions and regions
- Knowledge of L&D trends, compliance training, and digital learning strategies
- Proficient in MS Office and data analysis
- Strong organizational and program management skills
- Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus
- Experience working with multicultural teams is preferred
