Role Summary
As a Senior Talent Partner, you will lead learning and development initiatives across a designated region (EMEA, Americas, or APAC). This role combines strategic planning and hands-on execution, partnering with HR and business leaders to deliver impactful programs that build capabilities, ensure compliance, and support organizational growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and deliver region-specific learning strategies, including compliance and regulatory training
- Facilitate behavioral, leadership, and functional learning programs
- Support broader talent initiatives such as employee engagement and change management
- Partner with HRBPs and business leaders to assess learning needs and implement solutions
- Leverage data, dashboards, and analytics to monitor effectiveness and guide decision-making
- Develop or curate content using tools like Articulate Rise and manage LMS platforms
- Collaborate with global teams on cross-functional L&D projects
- Manage vendor relationships and contribute to instructional design efforts
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in Learning & Development, Talent, or HR Business Partnership
- Strong facilitation skills and comfort delivering training in virtual and in-person formats
- Solid knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design
- Skilled with tools such as Camtasia, Articulate Rise, and learning management systems (LMS)
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and program management abilities
- Fluent in English; additional language skills are a plus
- Proficient in MS Office
- Comfortable managing multiple initiatives in a fast-paced environment
