Role Summary

The Senior Zuora RevPro Analyst will serve as the internal owner of Zuora Revenue (RevPro), supporting revenue recognition, system configuration, and monthly close processes. The role includes working closely with Accounting, Finance, Compliance, and external partners to ensure ASC 606 compliance and efficient operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as internal lead for Zuora RevPro during and after implementation
• Manage and update RevPro configuration (contract modifications, SSP allocation, performance obligations)
• Monitor revenue processing, troubleshoot errors, and ensure smooth month-end close
• Generate and validate journal entries posted to NetSuite
• Write and modify SQL queries for revenue analysis and reconciliations
• Support SOX audits with documentation and system access
• Maintain SOPs, controls documentation, and change logs
• Train Accounting team on RevPro usage and reporting

Qualifications

• 5+ years in revenue systems, technical accounting, or finance systems
• 2+ years hands-on experience with Zuora Revenue (RevPro) post-go-live
• Strong knowledge of ASC 606 and SaaS/subscription models
• Proficient in SQL and ERP journal flows (preferably NetSuite)
• Experience with SOX compliance and audit support
• Detail-oriented with strong process ownership
