About the Role

As an SEO Data Analyst at Udemy, you'll analyze SEO performance, identify trends, and provide data-driven insights. You’ll collaborate with Product, Engineering, Analytics, and Marketing teams to implement SEO strategies that drive traffic and business growth.

Responsibilities

• Analyze large datasets to monitor and improve organic search performance
• Develop and automate monthly/quarterly reports covering SEO KPIs (revenue, conversions, core web vitals, LLM referrals, etc.)
• Build dashboards using Clarisights, SQL, Excel, Google Sheets, Tableau, etc.
• Manage technical SEO tools (OnCrawl, GSC, BrightEdge, Crux, Kai)
• Generate actionable insights and present findings to technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Conduct keyword research, support content strategies, and ad-hoc SEO analyses
• Maintain SEO tool administration and ensure accurate data monitoring
• Collaborate across teams to execute optimization strategies

Requirements

• 3+ years in SEO data analysis or related roles
• Proficiency in tools like Google Search Console, BrightEdge, OnCrawl, Tableau, SQL, Clarisights, Crux, Excel, and Google Sheets
• Strong understanding of technical SEO, audits, and web performance metrics (e.g., Core Web Vitals)
• Ability to convert complex data into clear, actionable insights
• Strong communication skills across technical and non-technical audiences
• Collaborative mindset and experience working with cross-functional teams
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
