About the Role:

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Media Specialist to join our team! The Media Specialist will manage and organize a variety of media for our real estate business. This includes everything from photos and videos to TikToks, Reels, brochures, and much more. Working closely with our agents and the marketing team, you'll develop and promote engaging content for digital marketing channels like Google, Facebook, YouTube, TikTok, and Twitter.

This role allows you to showcase your creative skills and media expertise while contributing to our real estate business growth. If you love creating content, and you're excited about media management, this is the job for you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and Organize Media Resources: Oversee the development and organization of various digital and print media for marketing materials, including photos, Reels, TikToks, brochures, and more.
• Collaborate with Teams: Work closely with agents and marketing professionals to ensure all materials are regularly updated and effectively promoted.
• Develop High-Quality Visuals: Create engaging photos, videos, and graphics to enhance the presentation of our listings and marketing campaigns.
• Optimize for Digital Channels: Collaborate with our web and digital media teams to ensure media is optimized for online use and platforms like Google, Facebook, and YouTube.
• Stay Current with Trends: Keep up-to-date with the latest trends in real estate marketing, media production, and content creation, and help implement new strategies as necessary.
• Support Events and Marketing: Assist in organizing and producing media content for real estate events, press releases, and other marketing efforts.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (preferred, but not required).
• Experience in Media Management, ideally within the real estate industry or even as a hobby (passion for content creation is key).
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite or any other creative tools (such as Canva, Zoom, AI, etc.).
• Excellent Communication Skills with the ability to collaborate and present ideas clearly.
• Highly Organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a deadline-driven environment.
• Passionate about digital media, video production, photography, and marketing strategies.
