📌 Position Overview

This is a hands-on operations role handling daily treasury and trading support across digital and fiat assets. You’ll be responsible for wallet management, reconciliation, trade settlement, and risk control procedures—helping ensure seamless financial operations in a fast-paced, digital asset environment.

💼 Key Responsibilities

Treasury Operations

• Manage crypto wallets, bank relationships, and liquidity across fiat and crypto.
• Monitor cash/digital asset positions, crypto price movements, and market trends.
• Prepare treasury reports, ensure internal controls, and stay regulatory compliant.
• Support cash flow planning and digital asset reporting with finance and accounting teams.

Trading Operations

• Monitor live trades across exchanges/OTC, ensuring accurate settlements.
• Reconcile trades and asset holdings daily.
• Handle crypto deposits/withdrawals and inventory tracking.
• Implement automation, improve efficiency, and manage incident response.
• Assist with month-end financial processes and operational risk controls.

🎓 Experience & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s in Finance, Economics, Accounting (CTP/CFA preferred).
• 5+ years in treasury, finance, or trading support roles.
• Strong understanding of liquidity management, reconciliation, and trade settlement.
• Advanced Excel; familiarity with treasury systems and modeling tools.
• Great communication, ownership mindset, and ability to work across global teams.
• Crypto industry experience not required, but personal interest in digital assets is a big plus.
