Position Summary

Title: Technical Business Systems Analyst

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM

Key Responsibilities

• Gather and document business and technical requirements
• Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications
• Analyze and design workflows, system requirements, and solutions
• Conduct data analysis to support insights and decision-making
• Assist with project planning, scheduling, and risk tracking
• Support testing: create test plans, run QA/UAT processes
• Act as liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams
• Create and maintain documentation (workflows, specs, manuals)
• Identify and drive continuous improvement opportunities

Requirements

Education:

• Bachelor’s in Computer Science, IT, Business Administration, or related field

Experience:

• 3–5+ years in business systems analysis or similar role
• Experience with technical requirements, data analysis, and solution design
• Track record of managing and delivering IT projects

Technical Skills:

• Proficient in SQL, Excel, data tools
• Familiar with Jira, Trello, MS Project
• Understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies
• Knowledge of APIs, system integration, database management
• Familiarity with Python, JavaScript (preferred)

Soft Skills:

• Analytical, detail-oriented, organized
• Strong communication and stakeholder management
• Ability to multitask and prioritize
• Solid documentation skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Certifications: CBAP, PMI-PBA, Scrum Master, or Product Owner
• Experience with Power BI, Tableau
• Experience with cloud platforms (especially Azure)
