Role Summary

• Title: Technical Business Systems Analyst
• Location: London, UK (Hybrid)
• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM
• Job Level: Mid-Level
• Work Authorization: Must be eligible to work in the UK without sponsorship

Key Responsibilities

• Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders, conduct interviews and workshops
• Technical Analysis: Analyze specs, assess systems, design workflows
• Solution Design: Draft functional/technical specs, user stories, recommend tools
• Data Analysis: Identify trends, support decision-making with analytical tools
• Project Support: Track progress, support planning, risk identification
• Testing: Create and run test plans, coordinate UAT
• Stakeholder Communication: Translate between technical and non-technical teams
• Documentation: Maintain process models, workflows, technical manuals
• Continuous Improvement: Suggest process and tech enhancements

Required Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s in Computer Science, IT, Business Admin, or related
• Experience:
• 3–5+ years in technical business analysis
• Hands-on with IT project delivery
• Experience in requirement gathering, system design, and documentation

Technical Skills

• Must-Have:
• SQL
• Excel
• Data analysis tools
• Understanding of APIs, SDLC, Agile
• Project Tools:
• Jira, Trello, MS Project
• Programming (Preferred):
• Python, JavaScript
• Visualization (Preferred):
• Power BI, Tableau
• Cloud (Preferred):
• Azure
