As part of our growth strategy, we are actively expanding our partnerships and integrations with DAOs, blockchain projects, and other Web3 organizations to increase the utility of the Kleros Courts and create a healthy flow of dispute resolution activity for our jurors to participate in.

Position Overview:

As a Technical Partner Development Manager, you will be at the center of managing all partner-facing activities for Kleros, including business development, technical integrations, and ensuring the success of our post-integration partnerships. Your work will involve collaborating with our CTO, cryptoeconomic researchers, and our technical team to drive growth and ensure seamless integration of Kleros’s decentralized dispute resolution system into new applications.

What You'll Do:

• Research & Source Partners: Identify and qualify use cases and prospective partners for integration with Kleros.
• Manage Partner Relationships: Oversee the entire lifecycle of partner relationships, from outreach and technical integration design to successful post-integration partner success management.
• Collaborate on Product Design: Work alongside the CTO and cryptoeconomics researchers to design economic incentives and fine-tune the blockchain system for optimal dispute resolution.
• Problem-Solving: Troubleshoot and resolve integration challenges, ensuring that solutions are implemented successfully.
• Educational Outreach: Deliver educational presentations and trainings at trade shows, events, and conferences to raise awareness and drive adoption of Kleros.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Kleros’s marketing and communications teams to develop and execute PR, social media, and marketing initiatives.

Ideal Candidate:

• Blockchain Enthusiast: Knowledge of blockchain, cryptocurrencies, smart contracts, and Web3 technologies, with a deep interest in the DeFi platform space.
• Excellent Communicator: The ability to convey complex technical, legal, and game-theoretical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Creative Problem-Solver: Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think outside the box and implement solutions that may include technical, relationship, or communication strategies.
• Tech-Savvy & Fast Learner: Comfortable learning new technologies, programming languages, and adapting to rapid developments in the blockchain and cryptocurrency spaces.
• Project Management Skills: Proven ability to manage cross-functional projects and conversations in remote teams, while working autonomously and taking initiative to move things forward.
• Public Speaking & Presentations: Comfortable presenting Kleros’s offerings at events and explaining the advantages of blockchain-based dispute resolution to a broad audience.
• Multicultural Adaptability: Comfortable working across different cultures and time zones, fostering partnerships globally.

Qualifications:

• A technical/scientific degree with a business/marketing focus (e.g., Business Informatics, Business Engineering, Computer Science, or similar).
• Experience in technical account management, integration management, or business development with a blockchain or crypto focus.
• Prior experience in managing partnerships within DAOs, Web3 projects, or the DeFi space is a huge plus.
• Proficiency in English, both oral and written, and the ability to explain complex topics in an understandable way.
