We are looking for a Community Manager – India to expand and engage the AVAX community while shaping its presence both online and in-person.

What You’ll Do

✅ Manage & grow the Avalanche community in India through social media & events

✅ Translate & localize announcements (Telegram, Twitter) between Hindi & English (Kannada is a plus)

✅ Adapt marketing & brand strategy for the Indian audience

✅ Create engaging content across social media & community platforms

✅ Plan & execute events, meetups, and conferences to foster community engagement

✅ Represent Avalanche at key industry forums & discussions

✅ Stay updated on Web3 trends and report community feedback

What You’ll Bring

🎯 1+ years of experience in community management, leadership, or teaching

🎯 Fluency in English & Hindi (Kannada is a plus)

🎯 Passion for Web3 and immersion in cultures like DeFi, Gaming, or Trading/Alpha

🎯 Strong networking & communication skills to build partnerships

🎯 A desire to learn, grow, and take on new challenges

🎯 Based in India
